Refund Policy

Canceling auto-renewal is not a refund. You keep access and the points from that period until the paid period ends.

Credit packs are not refunded after credits are added. Pack credits do not expire and do not require an active membership. Auto-renew: unused membership credits carry while the subscription stays active and expire when it ends. A 31-day pass: included credits expire with the pass and do not become permanent.

If you were charged twice, or the points never arrived, email [email protected] from the purchase address and include the order details. We refund or restore points when the charge was our error.

A chargeback opened before you write to us can lead to the account being suspended while the payment is reviewed.
