Refund Policy

Canceling auto-renewal is not a refund. You keep access and the points from that period until the paid period ends.

One-time point packs are not refunded after the points are added to the account. Unused one-time points do not expire. Subscription points refresh each period, and unused subscription points from the previous period reset when the plan renews.

If you were charged twice, or the points never arrived, email [email protected] from the purchase address and include the order details. We refund or restore points when the charge was our error.

A chargeback opened before you write to us can lead to the account being suspended while the payment is reviewed.
